Once you've decided on your hire dates, simply decide how many metres of bunting you need below.

×1. Placing an Order
- Select the product you wish to rent on our website.
- Choose your desired rental duration.
- Complete the order by entering your delivery details and payment information.
- A deposit amount will also be charged at the time of order. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the product, provided it is not permanently damaged or lost.
2. Receiving the Product
- Once your order is confirmed, we will process and ship the product to the delivery address you provided.
- Delivery and collection of the rental product will be handled by our courier APC, ensuring a smooth experience for you.
- Before despatch, all products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in good condition.
3. Returning the Product
- At the end of your hire, we will arrange to collect the product. This can be from the same address where it was delivered or an alternative address if this is easier for you.
- Please ensure the bunting is returned to us dry, folded and packed securely in the box it arrived in, ready for collection. Any delay in returning the product may result in additional fees (details below).
4. Deposit Refund and Condition Check
- Assuming the bunting is not permanently damaged when returned, the full deposit amount will be refunded to your payment card.
- If the product is damaged or lost, we may retain a portion, or all, of the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs, based on the extent of the damage or the value of the lost item.
5. Late Returns
- If the return is excessively delayed, further action may be taken, and the deposit may be forfeited.
1. Select your item
- Browse through our collection and choose the item you'd like to try on.
- Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.
2. Choose a Try-On date
- After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store
Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.
3. Enter your details at checkout
- Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.
4. Receive appointment reminders
- To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
5. Visit Us at the Store
- On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
- Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.
Q&A:
1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?
If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.

Triangular Flags are 19 x 20cm and there are 33 per 10m length. Bunting is supplied in 10m lengths. Minimum hire 10m.
